January 16, 2009 - The Year-Round Organic Garden
Come Friday, January 16th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and learn from a local gardening master. Mark Foster will discuss the different aspects of planning for the spring garden, including soil preparation and seed purchasing. Also on the table will be discussions of winter crops for the Big Bend Region, and microclimates.
Complete the picture with a tour of the Foster-Tout garden on Saturday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
